Train Ride
Home Bryan's New Friend Train Ride

Morning rolled around and the alarm blared like it always did.  The cat climbed onto our bed and pounced on us - its way of waking us up.  I started waking up and so did my sister.  As she got up, her wings unfurled like usual.  "Ready for our bath," I asked.

"Yeah, let's take our bath," Amberlie said.  Amberlie, being a Fairy, always had difficulties cleaning her wings so I always helped her and she would repay by bathing me.

We had our bath, got dressed, and headed to the kitchen for breakfast.  Mom had pancakes with toast and bacon to eat.  To drink, she poured our favorite Strawberry/Banana Nectar.  She also had our suitcases ready.  "Today is the day you catch your train to the Castle."  Amberlie and I were looking forward to this, but we were also sad.  Amberlie started taking up dancing about a year ago and mom installed a balancing bar by our front door so she could practice.

We had our breakfast and mom took us to the bus stop.  We left our cat in the company of our downstairs neighbor - who watches Traci all the time when we're gone - and made our way onto the #68 to Community Station.
