Book Reader Standalone
- System Requirements
- Windows Vista with Service Pack 2 or better, or
- Windows 7
- Windows XP is NOT supported, and support will NOT be added no
matter how much you pester me
- Roughly 360 MB of hard drive space for full installation of Book
Reader, all books, and source code (the installer will inform you of
space requirements should you elect a custom installation)

To use Source Code, you'll need:
- Microsoft Visual Basic 2010 for the program (the Express Edition can be
downloaded free) (www.microsoft.com/express)
- Inno Setup 5.3.9 or later for the installer (www.jrsoftware.org)
- the ISS file and make.cmd (the batch script) can be opened with any
text editor

- The main text file for the story, Blonde Twin.odt, can be opened
with any editor that understands the industry standard OpenDocument Text
format (examples include OpenOffice.org, KOffice, Abiword, Microsoft
Office Word 2007 SP2, and Microsoft Office Word 2010) - although the
file was created with OpenOffice.org so best results there
- Yes, there are some Adobe Photoshop files (I believe there's a
plugin for GIMP as well as Paint.NET), mainly because part of my class
at school includes a section on Adobe Photoshop CS 4
